does this work with windowed games?

Hello Mr Feely!

I have a question for you. Is DXGL compatible with windowed games (such as http://mattmakesgames.com/games/Jumper.zip), or is it exclusively designed for fullscreen games (such as Thief)?

I love seeing activity around here! I know this is just a web page change, but I am eager to see every bit of change, and I visit this page often even if I don't have Internet at home. This project is important, and you have the Internet behind you (as a support platform).

In the meantime, simply replace Visual C++ 2010 Express with Visual Studio 2013 Community , and Windows XP or above with Windows 7 or above for prerequisites. I do not understand much about building software. Are compiling prerequisites the same as running-system requirements? In other words, am I ...
