Hello William, I can confirm that DXGL is working fine with Comanche Gold.
A big enhancement is that it's now possible to activate the FXAA postprocess for the Voxel graphics which I described here:

Anyway I wondered if the FSAA and AF options in the DXGL panel simply don't work by now or if it's somehow a limitation to the game engine?

Currently the FSAA and AF options are not yet supported. When they are, they will be for Direct3D only.
